Priorities...A hundred years from now, it will not matter what our bank accounts were, the sort of house we lived in or the kind of car we drove - but - the world may be different because we were important in the life of a child.

No Ocean can hold it back.  No River can overtake it.   No Whirlwind can go faster.      No Army can defeat it.        Law can stop it.          No Distance can slow it.                No Disease can cripple it.         No Force on Earth is more Powerful                 or Effective than The Power Of Prayer. 

 EXODUS is a book of Deliverance and liberation from slavery.

EXODUS is one startling scene after another:  Burning Bush; Dividing Seas; Manna Falling; The Plaques; The Slaves; Pharoah; The Fire ... How do we rank them?  Do we dare isloate one moment as the greatest? Yes, we do...

We turn to the Hebrew slaves and stand silently as they perform an act of Faith...a brush is to be dipped into a bowl of lamb's blood and streaked over the doopost.  Do it, they are told, and the Angel of Death will passover. They obeyed.  Death took an alternate route.  That's the peak of Exodus.

The Blood on the doorpost reminds us that it wasn't Moses who set them free.  It was God.

It is no secret, what God can do ...

Always remember my Beloved one - you can never be where God is not.  There is no place where you can out distance Him;   No dark corner where you can hide where He is not already there, waiting for your arrival;   No deep recess of your heart or soul that He does not know of;   No secret that He doesn't share.

He has the Power to Change, To Keep, To do the Impossible. 

January -                                                                         A busy time for me.  Most of the family decided to read me through the year.  They kept me busy for the first two weeks, but again, they have forgotten me ... 

"Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you.  He will not leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 (New King James Version)      "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.  When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you, for I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior..." Isaiah 43:2-3                                      

                                                                                          We never touch the ocean of God's love so much as when we love our enemies.

                                                                    Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.                                                                                 

Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands.  Protect them as they protect us.  Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform.  I ask this in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

God's Word is full of promises, encouragement and guidance.  As you read this Book, rejoice in the awesome power of Christ and remember, that regardless of what happens now or in the future, nothing can ever separate us from His Love...Romans 8:31-39     You have a choice to stand on the Promise of God's Word, or to believe circumstances.  God has a Promise for every trial, test, need temptations of life.  Faith chooses to believe God.  God said it - believe it.  The fact that we are called to endure trials, shows us that the Lord sees in us something that is precious, which He desires to develop.  If He saw in us nothing whereby He might glorify His name, He wouldn't spend time refining us. He does not case worthless stones into His furnace.

TRIALS - Divine Method ... FIRE

             Divine Motive ... PURGE / PURIFY

             Divine Objective ... OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.  John 3:16-17  

Justice >> When you get what you deserve

Mercy >> When you don't get what you deserve

Grace >> When you get what you don't deserve

Shop Hours:   Open most days about 7 or 8 ... Occassionally as early as 6 but somedays as late as 12 or 1 ... We close about 3 or 4:30 ... Occassionally about 4 or 5 but sometimes as late as 11 or 12 ... Somedays or Afternoons, we aren't here at all and lately I've been here just about all the time! ... except when I'm someplace else, but I should be here then too.
